Returns Policy
At Big Harry’s, we want you to love your gear as much as you love where you’re from. If something isn’t quite right, this page explains exactly how we’ll sort it out for you. This policy works alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and never instead of them.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Refunds)
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can request a full refund within seven days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. If you’d like to start a return, just email info@bigharrys.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through the process.
You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method. We also appreciate any feedback about what didn’t hit the mark, because Big Harry is always looking to do better.
Exchanges (Wrong Size or Style)
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or style, we’re happy to organise an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item must still be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To begin the exchange process, email info@bigharrys.com with your order number and let us know what you’d like to swap for.
You will need to cover the cost of shipping for the exchange. Once the original item arrives back with us, we’ll send out the new one as quickly as possible.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will fix the issue immediately. Please email info@bigharrys.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem so we can assess it. If the issue is on our end, we will provide either a replacement or a refund and we will cover all shipping costs involved.
If the problem is considered a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to choose between a refund or a replacement. We always honour these rights.
Additional Information
All of our shirts are made to order, so we do our best to keep unnecessary returns to a minimum. Even so, we always act fairly and in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Gift items can be exchanged, but refunds must go back to the original payment method. Items that show signs of being worn, washed, or exposed to odours (whether that’s you BO, pets, or even Lynx Africa) can’t be accepted for returns or exchanges.
For change-of-mind returns and size or style exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. For any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, Big Harry’s covers all shipping costs involved in the return or replacement.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement. If the issue is minor, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. These rights apply regardless of anything stated above.
