Who is Big Harry?

Big Harry represents your average codger from any Aussie town. Known for good yarns and hard work, these are the characters that make every place unique. We make tees that celebrate where you’re from, and all the people like Big Harry that call your town home.

Where are your shirts made?

All our tees are printed locally in Newcastle, NSW, using high-quality DTF printing on AS Colour blanks. We’re proud to support local printers and small businesses.

What shirts do you use?

We use AS Colour Classic and Heavy Faded Minus tees. AS Colour offer the best quality, and we’re proud to support another Aussie business.

Do you design everything yourselves?

Yep! Each design is dreamed up by the Big Harry’s crew and brought to life by our graphic designers. We only release shirts that we think truly capture the iconic moments or people about a place. No generic tourist stuff here.

Why should I buy from Big Harry’s?

Because we take quality seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Every Big Harry’s tee is printed to order in Newcastle on premium AS Colour blanks, meaning you get top-tier comfort, durability, and zero cheap shortcuts. Our designs celebrate real Australian places and the legends who live in them, and not generic tourist fluff. Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size?

Our tees are true to size. If you’re unsure, check the size chart linked on each product page. If you like a looser, vintage fit, go for the Heavy Faded Minus range.

Do you offer women’s cuts or sizes?

Not just yet. We’re still in our launch phase and want to make sure we get the basics right before expanding the range. Right now, all our tees are unisex AS Colour cuts that suit most body types. As we learn which designs people love most, we’ll introduce women’s styles and additional fits to match demand. If you’d like to be the first to know when women’s cuts drop, join our mailing list or follow us on socials.

Do your shirts shrink?

AS Colour tees are pre-shrunk cotton, so they shouldn’t shrink any more. To keep your fit spot-on, wash cold and avoid the dryer.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Australia, and we’re working on international shipping (coming soon!).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $9.95 Australia-wide.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We print and ship from Newcastle. All shirts are made to order, so please allow up to 3 weeks, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your shirt ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange my shirt if I bought the wrong size or style?

Yes, as long as the product is un-worn, and un-washed, and you’re happy to cover the cost of shipping. Send an email to info@bigharrys.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll get you sorted.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?

Yes, as long as the product is un-worn, and un-washed. Send an email to info@bigharrys.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out. Make sure you tell Big Harry how he can do better next time!

My shirt arrived damaged. What should I do?

Shoot us an email at info@bigharrys.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out quick smart.
